Commercial Kitchens

High-volume kitchens break equipment faster.

A production line that runs sixteen hours a day wears through gaskets, belts and filters on a schedule a single-service restaurant never sees. MachineKept tracks the interval that actually matches the duty cycle.

The parts that actually hurt

Shared equipment, no owner

In a ghost kitchen or shared production space, everyone uses it and nobody maintains it. Assign the schedule to a person and it stops being nobody's job.

Maintenance windows are narrow

You have the gap between services. Knowing on Monday what is due Thursday is the difference between planned and closed.

Multiple shifts, one machine

Whoever finds the fault is rarely whoever fixes it. A work order raised on the asset survives the shift change.

Equipment moves between stations

Location is a field, not an assumption. Update it when the unit moves and the history follows it.

How it works

01 — Add

Enter your equipment. Make, model, serial, location, warranty.

02 — Tag

Print a QR code and stick it on the machine.

03 — Track

Scan to open history, open issues and parts.

04 — Prevent

Recurring schedules tell you what's due before it's late.

Questions

Can different brands or tenants share a site?
Equipment is scoped to your organization and location. A shared building can be modelled as locations; separate businesses should have separate accounts, which keeps the data genuinely separate.
Can I set different intervals for the same equipment type?
Yes — schedules are per asset, not per category, so a fryer running sixteen hours a day can be on a weekly boil-out while a quieter one is monthly.
Does it handle multiple shifts?
Work orders carry an assignee and a due date rather than a shift. Anyone with access sees what is open on the equipment in front of them.
Can we track who performed each task?
Yes. Completed maintenance records who logged it and when.
